How familiar are you with Florida Building Code?
We are intimately familiar with all the zones in Florida Building Code, and we stay up-to-date with all the latest changes. We keep up with the various flood zones, wind zones, and coastal zones, not to mention the permit peculiarities of some of the localities along the SWFL coast. Again, we have over 25 years of experience, and we understand Florida Building Code. We will help you get your projects permitted and built quickly.
What areas do you serve?
While we are based in Fort Myers, we have worked jobs in areas all up and down the west coast of Florida, from the Tampa / St Pete area all the way to Marco Island. And we’ve had our share of jobs up and down the east coast as well.
What is your turn around time on jobs?
The answer to this question depends on several different factors. However keep in mind that we cannot even start your job until we have your architectural CAD files. Also, it depends on how busy we are, and how many jobs we have in our queue. Typically, we can turn jobs around in 2-4 weeks. If you have an immediate need, we can bring your job to the front of our work queue and turn it around in a week, but there may be a rush fee involved, along with additional charges for extra hours per day spent finishing your project quickly.
